1. Definitions

3.3 Geographic and Legal Restrictions

4. Account Registration and Security

To use noz138 services, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and residential address. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

noz138 is required by law and international licensing standards to verify the identity of all users. Before processing your first withdrawal, you will be required to provide valid identification documents, which typically include:

• Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP Nasional)
• Selfie photograph holding your KTP next to your face
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document)

KYC verification typically takes 1 to 24 hours. noz138 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify your identity, age, or payment method ownership. 4.3 Account Security

• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account, whether authorized or not.

4.4 Accuracy of Information

You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration and thereafter is true, accurate, current, and complete. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

noz138 accepts deposits via various Indonesian payment methods, including bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method, with bank transfers requiring a minimum of Rp 50,000 and e-wallets requiring a minimum of Rp 25,000.

You agree that:

• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• You will not deposit funds obtained through illegal means or from proceeds of criminal activity.
• noz138 does not charge deposit fees, but your bank or payment provider may impose their own fees.
• Deposit processing times vary: instant during banking hours (Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:00 WIB) for major banks, and up to 24 hours for off-hours or smaller banks.
• noz138 reserves the right to refuse any deposit or to limit deposit amounts at its discretion.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours, depending on the payment method, account verification status, and withdrawal amount. BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri withdrawals typically process within 1 to 6 hours for verified accounts.

Withdrawal conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000.
• Maximum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000,000 per transaction.
• The first three withdrawals per day are free; subsequent withdrawals may incur processing fees.
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or payment method registered in your own name and verified through KYC.
• Your first withdrawal requires completion of KYC verification, which may take 1 to 24 hours.
• noz138 reserves the right to request additional verification or documentation before processing withdrawals.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML)

• Deposited funds must be wagered at least once before withdrawal to prevent the platform from being used as a money transfer service.
• Suspicious transactions, including large or frequent deposits and immediate withdrawal requests without wagering, may be flagged for review.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. The standard wagering requirement is 15x the bonus amount. For example, if you receive a Rp 1,000,000 bonus, you must place Rp 15,000,000 in total bets before the bonus funds (and any winnings derived from them) can be withdrawn.

Wagering contribution rates vary by game type:

• Slots: 100% (every Rp 1,000 bet counts as Rp 1,000 towards wagering)
• Live casino games: 10% (every Rp 1,000 bet counts as Rp 100 towards wagering)

6.3 Bonus Abuse

noz138 reserves the right to withhold bonuses, cancel bonuses, void bets, or close accounts if bonus abuse is detected. Prohibited bonus abuse activities include but are not limited to:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times.
• Betting on opposite outcomes in the same event to guarantee a profit (hedge betting).
• Using betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms rather than engage in genuine gameplay.
• Colluding with other users to manipulate bonuses.

6.4 Bonus Expiration

Bonuses expire 30 days after activation unless otherwise stated. Any unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiration.

7. Betting Rules and Conduct

7.1 Acceptance of Bets

All bets placed on noz138 are subject to acceptance by the platform. noz138 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, without providing a reason. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, it cannot be canceled or modified by the user.

7.2 Bet Settlement

Bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant sports governing bodies or game providers. noz138 makes every effort to settle bets accurately and promptly, but errors may occur. If a bet is settled incorrectly, noz138 reserves the right to correct the settlement and adjust account balances accordingly.

7.3 Voided Bets

noz138 reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances:

• Obvious pricing errors or technical malfunctions that result in incorrect odds being displayed.
• Events that are canceled, postponed, or abandoned according to specific sports or game rules.
• Evidence of match-fixing, manipulation, or fraudulent activity.
• Bets placed after an event has started (late bets), unless live betting was explicitly available for that market.

7.4 Sports Betting Rules

For sports betting on BRI Liga 1, English Premier League, La Liga, Champions League, and other competitions, the following rules apply:

• Match result bets are settled based on the score at the end of regular time (90 minutes plus stoppage time), unless otherwise stated.
• If a match is postponed or abandoned, bets are typically voided unless at least 80% of scheduled playing time has elapsed.
• Live betting odds change dynamically based on match events. Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are final.

7.5 Casino and Slot Rules

All casino games and slots use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) tested by independent laboratories. Game outcomes are determined randomly and cannot be predicted or influenced. Malfunctions void all pays and plays.

8. Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities on noz138:

• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen payment methods, providing false identification, or engaging in any form of fraud or deception.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating more than one account, or allowing others to use your account.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other users to gain an unfair advantage, manipulate games, or exploit bonuses.

• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting bonuses through prohibited strategies, multiple accounts, or hedge betting.

Violation of any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of all funds and bonuses, and potential legal action.

9. Limitations of Liability

Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. noz138 is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions.

9.2 Errors and Technical Malfunctions

9.4 Loss of Funds

9.5 Maximum Liability

10. Account Termination and Suspension

10.1 User-Initiated Termination

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting noz138 customer support. Upon account closure:

• All pending bets will be settled according to their terms.
• Any remaining balance (excluding bonus funds) will be withdrawn to your verified payment method.
• Bonus funds and promotional credits will be forfeited.
• You will no longer have access to noz138 services.

10.2 noz138-Initiated Termination

noz138 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account immediately and without prior notice if:

• The user violates any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The user engages in prohibited activities, fraud, bonus abuse, or collusion.
• The user provides false or misleading information.
• The account is identified as a duplicate or linked to another suspended account.
• noz138 determines that the account poses a security risk or threatens the integrity of the platform.

Upon termination for cause, noz138 may forfeit the user's balance, withhold withdrawals, and report the matter to relevant authorities if illegal activity is suspected.

10.3 Self-Exclusion

Users who feel they may have a gambling problem can request self-exclusion for a specified period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently).
